SSB Interview Preparation - How to Prepare for SSB Interview

Hello defense aspirants, How is the Josh! In today's post, I am going to share some tips for SSB Interview Preparation. As the full form of SSB is Services Selection Board the name itself says that if you want to involve in the service of defense forces then you have to go from this selection procedure.

SSB Interview is designed in a such way that you can't even think to cheat or any sideway to crack it easily. I am not saying that it is difficult but if you are capable of it and having officer-like qualities in you then it is so easy for you. Here I have shared some tips to crack SSB Interview and below that each term is explained.

• Be Confident in the whole process
• Be honest
• Show your Original and Natural Personality and not act anything
• Don't Dominate anyone
• It is not a competition with others so just focused to prove yourself best
• Be aware and Listen to all Instructions neatly

1. Be Confident - It is the first and most important tip in your whole SSB. Your confidence shows your firmness. If IO or GTO asks you any question then even if you don't know the right answer tell them "Sorry sir I fail to remember this" or I will let you know in Confidence. If this happened then they will try to burden you to see your reactions but be confident and you will get results for this soon.
2. Be Honest - See my buddy it is one type of formal interview and you have to do whatever they told you to do. In this complete SSB Interview procedure be honest, because if you bluff or lie anything and they asked any further explanation then you will in the complex. So it is suggested that don't bluff.
3. Natural Personality - Your nature depends on what is your daily actions and routine. In your SSB if you tried to act fake or show yourself in a different way they will immediately catch this and you know what is gonna happen. They don't want perfectionists they just looking capable or matched person so be natural.
4. Never Dominate anyone - It is often seen that most of the candidates dominating others to prove themselves good or better. But assessors know these things very well so just firm at your point not dominate others.
5. Prove Yourself - Keep in mind that it is your interview only you don't have to look at what others are doing just prove yourself. Only at screening test, you have to somewhat compete with others after that it totally depends on you. If they found all are capable then they will recommend everybody.
6. Be Aware -  It is also very important before speaking anything listen to all things properly and while performing GTO Tasks listen to all instructions carefully.
